Shipping & Delivery

All of our blinds are made to your exact specification and therefore their manufacture takes longer than ready-made blinds. As standard, we always aim to deliver your blind(s) to you within 7-10 working days. For some products, manufacture and delivery may take 10-15 days. 


Look out for the Fast Track symbol displayed on many of our products if you require a priority service. Priority service ensures orders placed before10am Monday to Thursday are made the same day. 


Please note the following T&Cs: 

Up to 20 blinds per order only.  

Only products that display the Fast Track option are viable for this service. 

The priority service only applies to the manufacturing process, not the delivery service. Actual delivery time may still be influenced by external

factors such as courier delays. 

Blinds Boutique Ltd reserves the right to remove this service at any time.

Fast Track ensures your order is made the same day as long as it is placed before 10am Monday - Thursday. T&Cs apply.

The majority of our blinds will be delivered to your door within 7-10 working days if you live within the UK.*

For some products delivery may take 10-15 working days for delivery within the UK.*


* We will send confirmation of your delivery date once your order has been processed.


Delivery Costs (mainland UK)


Standard Delivery: Monday to Friday – £12.95.


Customers must examine all deliveries on receipt. If the goods are damaged the customer must clearly write "DAMAGED" on the carriers docket. Neither

Blinds Boutique Ltd or the carrier company can be held responsible for goods that have been damaged in transit but accepted and signed for as received in good condition.



Delivery Costs (Ireland and non-mainland UK)


Costs to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands and Isle of Man will vary depending on weight and destination.


Standard delivery costs for these destinations are as follows, however, they can be confirmed once items have been added to your shopping basket:

Make sure we can find you!


Please help our couriers deliver your blinds to you on time by providing your full address and contact details. For example, include the apartment number or company name if appropriate. It’s a good idea to double-check your details once you’ve entered them. If your delivery address is different from your billing address, please make sure we have both.



Not likely to be at home?


If you aren’t going to be at home to receive your goods on the advised delivery date, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange an alternative delivery date where possible.


If you haven’t left any instructions and you’re not at home when your blinds arrive, the driver will leave a card. It is then up to you to arrange re-delivery of your goods.


If the goods cannot be delivered due to no one being at home for subsequent delivery attempts, you will be charged a re-delivery fee. The re-deliveryfee is fixed at the standard rate per order for the delivery address.
